Kevin Henry Miller, known as Quantum Black Swan, is the founder and chief architect of Q-Bond Network. He created Q-Bond to solve a structural failure in modern science and technology funding: groundbreaking research is slow, opaque, and financially misaligned with those who create it.
Q-Bond Network is the result of Kevin’s work across decentralized systems, AI alignment, and quantum-resilient infrastructure. The platform introduces programmable research bonds (QBonds) that fund discovery while preserving intellectual sovereignty, transparency, and long-term incentives.
Kevin leads the protocol’s vision, architecture, and intellectual property strategy, with a focus on Decentralized Science (DeSci), ethical AI, and next-generation financial primitives designed for frontier research.
Kevin's core determintation for excellence, prosperity for all humanity and not in what the experts call "resources" but with real wealth that every individual can go out and pay it forward for their loved ones.
Kevin, has filed a total of 40 provisional patents, and has written over 150 journals. With IQ of 173, and an uncanny ability to single handly solve complex math and physics questions that have baffled researchers for decades is going change numerous emerging domains in the technology.
His wife and co-founder, Erica Taylor, known as "Allie's Sentinels," has a PhD from the University of Chicago in Computational Complexity, Complexy Theory, and Aerospace Engineering. Kevin and Erica have two boys: Landon, 11 and Leo, 2.
They proud themselves on solving the future job loss with an upcoming petition that if each company pay 1 million dollars from their retained earnings towards what Kevin calls the United Income Fund or U.I.F. Where it will be heavily guarded, invested, and distributed equally for the upcoming upheaval that AI/AGI and Quantum Computing will do to the job market.
This is only our Founder's opinion, but he believes not only has AGI arrived but ASI is close. He predicts at the latest 2030 we will have public ASI. He belives privately it will arrive by the end of 2026-early 2027. In addition he believes privately quantum computers can already break RSA-4096 and is being rightfully withheld until the rest of the world learns, mitigates, and finally transitions over to fully being PQC or Post-Quantum Computing Encrypted.
